This policy explains how the overarch.ai website handles information. Overarch is a product studio; each of our products has its own privacy policy that governs data inside that app or service.
What this covers
This policy applies only to the marketing website at overarch.ai. It does not cover our products. For how those handle your data, see each product's own policy:

What we collect on this site
overarch.ai has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not set tracking cookies, we run no third-party trackers or advertising, and we never sell or share your personal data. Everything below is handled on our own server; nothing is sent to a third party.
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and time of request), used only to operate and protect the site.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter. We use them only to reply and follow up on your enquiry. Submissions are stored on our own server and emailed to us; they are not shared with any third party. Prefer not to use the form? Email info@overarch.ai directly instead.
Analytics
We run our own privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand which pages and products get attention. It records page views, the referring site, and screen width. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. To count unique visitors without cookies, it derives a daily, one-way hash from your IP address and browser that cannot be reversed to identify you and is not linked across days. All of this stays on our server and is never sent to a third party. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we skip analytics entirely.
